- Observability
- API infrastructure
- Analytics
- Enterprise tooling
We may modify features at any time.
Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Protect API keys
- Notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for activity under your account.
API Usage
Customers must:
- Comply with documentation
- Respect rate limits
- Use authentication properly
- Avoid abusive traffic
- Avoid circumventing security
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Their applications
- Prompt content
- Compliance obligations
- User permissions
- AI output review
- Regulatory compliance
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- Break laws
- Infringe intellectual property
- Distribute malware
- Attack networks
- Spam
- Abuse infrastructure
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer protected systems
- Generate illegal content
- Violate sanctions or export laws
AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may:
- Be inaccurate
- Contain errors
- Produce unexpected results
Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying upon them.
Inferect does not guarantee correctness of model outputs.
Third-Party Providers
Requests may be processed through third-party providers.
Their availability, pricing, performance, and policies may change without notice.
Inferect is not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers.
Fees
Customers agree to pay applicable fees.
Late payments may result in:
- Suspension
- Interest where permitted
- Termination
Taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
Inferect retains ownership of:
- Software
- APIs
- Dashboard
- Trademarks
- Documentation
- Routing technology
- Optimization algorithms
Customers retain ownership of their Customer Data.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information using reasonable care.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, outages, provider failures, and internet disruptions may occur.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts for:
- Security threats
- Unpaid invoices
- Abuse
- Legal requests
- Violations of these Terms
Termination
Customers may stop using the Services at any time.
We may terminate accounts for material violations.
Certain obligations survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inferect disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inferect will not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Loss of business
- Loss of goodwill
- Data loss
- Interruption of operations
Inferect’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify Inferect against claims arising from:
- Customer Data
- Misuse of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement caused by customer content
Export Controls
Customers agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified in the applicable Order Form or, if none is specified, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inferect Labs is incorporated.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
